Part-Time Facilities Assistant - Nights and Weekends

First Baptist Rogers is a Southern Baptist Church in Northwest Arkansas. We conduct eight services every Sunday at three different campuses for over 3,000 people each week. This position will have the following qualifications and fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work hours for this position are typically nights and weekends which will be in the window of 4pm - midnight, Monday through Friday, and 9am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. This is a part-time position, therefore a maximum of 30 hours/week will be scheduled within these work hour windows.
• Shift time may vary from the night and weekend hours if warranted by responsibilities.

• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture: sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets, and trash containers; clean restrooms, refill restroom dispensers; replace light bulbs, clean windows sills, clean interior windows
• Assist with setup of facilities to accommodate meetings, activities, and events
• Perform routine maintenance on all floors, including but not limited to strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpeted floors as directed
• Lock and unlock building as assigned, secure building per procedures, report any unauthorized occupants
• Attend staff meetings, staff prayer meetings, team celebrations, and other meetings/events as directed by Supervisor.
• Have essential physical and mental capabilities in the following: interpersonal skills, attention to detail, follow directions, comprehension of instruction, organization, and basic reading, writing, and speaking in English
