** Responsibilities
* ** Partner with experiential marketing team members to develop marketing and communication strategies, innovation opportunities, promotion program objectives, and tactical recommendations leveraging consumer and shopper insights that drive purchase behavior
* Demonstrate leadership to internal concept, creative design, and production teams to ensure all deliverables align with strategy and meet client expectations
* Manage and develop direct reports with support from senior creative leadership
* Demonstrate working knowledge of experiential marketing and demonstration and sampling landscapes to identify business opportunities and potential revenue streams
* Set priorities and manage multiple projects autonomously while meeting deadlines and deliverables

* Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
* Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field (Creative agency, marketing, or brand management experience preferred)

Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports:
May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
