The Foundation Operations Manager supports and enhances the operational functions of the Foundation organization. Under the direction of the Director - Foundation Operations, the Foundation Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, aligning programs and processes with Ministry-wide standards, supporting fund and database management, and managing the logistics and execution of meetings and fundraising events.
Position Details:This is primarily an on-site position at the NWA Foundation Office.
Qualifications:Required
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree in addition to the required experience
Required Experience: 3 years of experience in a supporting role
Preferred Experience: Experience in philanthropy is highly desirable

Skills:
- Management experience in meeting goals
- Excellent writing and organization skills
