Embark Behavioral Health in Independence, MO, seeks a Residential Shift Supervisor to lead and support a team caring for adolescents ages 12–17 in our residential treatment program. You'll coach youth mentors, help run daily house operations, and create a safe, structured environment that promotes growth and recovery.
This on-site role includes supervising up to five staff, participating in treatment planning, and rotating on-call duties every six weeks.
