A formal home, in the South, needs to hire an Estate Manager to help provide oversight and training as needed for a fully staffed home as well as managing systems, oversee repairs and vendor management.
Responsibilities- managing home systems including Home Automation, HVAC, Security Systems, coordinate decoration with florist, setting, serving and clearing a formal table and pitching in to help the other staff when needed.
All candidates must be familiar with managing a large household staff and several inside and outside service providers. This candidate must be flexible with hours when employers are in residence. The hours are usually 8-4 requiring flexibility when the family is in residence.
Salary range: $150-200k
