Bicycle Assembly​/Fulfillment Technician

We are currently looking for a bicycle assembly/fulfillment technician to join a team that assembles and fulfills the finest bicycles made. You will report to our Assembly Supervisor.

• Assemble bicycles according to established procedures, specifications, and quality.
• Deliver the highest level quality workmanship on each bicycle build, to ensure a seamless riding experience for the end customer.
• Prepare and pack bicycles for shipment to customers.
• Work with the fulfillment team to ensure order and inventory accuracy during the fulfillment process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Prior assembly experience of high-end bicycles with electronic shifting, hydraulic brakes and suspension.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, problem solver with a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
• An innate desire to improve processes and efficiencies, and communicate effectively with other team members.

Time management skills, the ability to work independently with moderate to no supervision, and willingness to take the initiative.

Compensation is dependent upon experience
