Lamination Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lamination Operative to join our production team. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, responsible for operating lamination machinery and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.

• Set up, operate, and monitor lamination machines
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
• Identify and report faults or defects
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Follow health & safety and company procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Experience with lamination or similar machinery is an advantage (training provided)
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work to deadlines and production targets
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts – rotating Monday to Friday
