Job Description

We are looking to hire Warehouse Labor for our facility, located at 450 Agnes Drive, Tontitown, Arkansas. In this position, safety and efficiency are key. With a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly pay of $16.50, we want someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help our operations move like a well‑oiled machine.

Each day, you’ll work in the parts department to pull and organize orders, manage inventory, and help build and break down belts used in food processing systems. You’ll be expected to determine and document materials needed for specific jobs, meet production goals related to both quantity and quality, and assist in other areas, as needed. Because we understand how important it is to keep our customers’ plants up, weekend availability and flexibility are important.

We’re looking for someone who’s all‑in and ready to grow!

This job is rewarding, and hands‑on! We think you’ll thrive in this position if you have:
  • Basic math skills
  • The ability to read work orders
  • The ability to lift and/or handle material up to 50 pounds
  • The ability to work safely in all situations
  • The ability to read a tape measure in 16ths of an inch
  • The ability to work with others
  • The ability to drive a lift truck – this is a bonus, but not required
