Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments and prepares items for shipment;
Operates lift truck or handtruck to move, convey or hoist materials to staging areas or rack locations;
Coordinates with Machine Operators to ensure that proper amount of correct material is available at machinery to allow for uninterrupted production;
Inspects lift (battery or gas) daily and perform maintenance on the vehicle and report any maintenance deficiencies;
Transports pallets and pallet covers from inventory racks to production area
