Job Details

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and keeping machinery running, performing preventative maintenance on all equipment and company assets, and maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with Tyson policies and procedures.

• Identify parts, supplies, and services required to maintain equipment in the assigned area.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding pre‑established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals.

• Lifting, reaching, rotating, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting throughout the shift.
• Work environment may be cold, hot, wet, dusty, and noisy.
• Use basic hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, drill press, band saws, and multi‑meter.
• Be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

C‑Shift: 4:00pm–4:00am;
Sat‑Weds one week, Mon‑Weds one week, Weds‑Half days 4pm‑10pm.

Starting pay rate: $22.90/hour + $2.00 shift differential. Pay is based on qualifications and experience level.
