Job Details
Schedule – Monday – Friday with possible Saturdays.
Hours – times vary per line you work.
Pay – $16.70/hr tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on individual performance that ranges from $40 to $80 a day on top of hourly wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one-on-one job training up to 8 weeks.

- Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
- Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
- Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
- Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
- Be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day.
- Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
- Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
- Prior Employee Waiting Period:
If you were previously employed at Tyson, there's a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply. - Number of Times Worked at Tyson:
You can apply if you've worked at Tyson no more than two times. - Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
