2nd Shift General LABOR Tyson of Rogers

Position Overview

Schedule – Monday – Friday with possible Saturdays. Hours – times vary per line you work. Pay – 16.70/hr tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on individual performance that range from $40 to $80 a day on top of hour wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks.

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position
• Be willing to stand 8‑10 hours a day
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed
• Must have good hand/eye coordination
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed

• Prior Employee Waiting Period:
  If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 180‑day waiting period before you can reapply
• Number of Times Worked at Tyson:
  You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than two times
• Failed Drug Screen – if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying

  Washington, Benton, and Madison
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Background checks are required for certain roles; additional documentation will be provided once an offer has been extended
