Process Engineer; Quality

Purpose and Mission

• Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing proces.

• Monitoring and Adjusting Machine Parameters:
  Ensuring machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.
• Testing Batch Quality:
  Regularly testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Reporting Equipment Malfunctions:
  Identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.
• Maintaining Production Logbooks:
  Keeping detailed records of production processes and any issues encountered.
• Ensuring Safety Protocols:
  Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and addressing any safety hazards.
• Improving Production Processes:
  Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience

• 3 to 5 years experience with operational procedures and tools

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
