Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire

Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Vocational or technical training preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of hands‑on industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience in automated heavy manufacturing environments required
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • PLCs and ladder logic
    • Single‑phase and three‑phase motor controls
    • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
    • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
    • Welding and industrial piping systems
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment failures.
  • Diagnose issues using schematics, blueprints, multi‑meters, ammeters, and diagnostic tools.
  • Support PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting for Allen‑Bradley SLC‑500, Micro Logix, and Control Logix systems.
  • Install, modify, relocate, and fine‑tune manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
  • Maintain power transmission systems including gearboxes, belts, sprockets, and motors.
  • Perform pipe fitting, threading, soldering, and Arc/TIG welding as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities and work orders using CMMS systems.
  • Work closely with contractors, OEMs, and internal teams on equipment upgrades and repairs.
  • Follow all environmental, safety, and hazardous material handling procedures.
