Automotive Painter

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties at the Service Center Rogers Lab.

• Prepare color tint to match paint color.
• Mix paint colors, ensuring proper formulations.
• Ensure all preparations, top coating and curing meet OEM recommended standards.
• Verify correct application sequence, timing and material usage.
• Ensure all paint operations are complete, masking is removed and prior paint-related disassembly is reassembled.
• Return the vehicle to the body technician.

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

• Capable of consistent physical activity – reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative work style.
