Schedule – Monday – Fridays with possible Saturday

Hours – times vary per line you work

Pay – $16.70/hr tyson of Rogers offer a base incentive on individual performance that ranges from $40 to $80 a day on top of hourly wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one‑on‑one job training up to 8 weeks.

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position
• Be willing to stand 8–10 hours a day
• Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed
• Must have good hand/eye coordination
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed

• Prior Employee Waiting Period:
  If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 180‑day waiting period before you can reapply
• Number of Times Worked at Tyson:
  You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than two times
• Failed Drug Screen – if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying
• Applications will be considered from the following counties:
  Washington, Benton, and Madison
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
