FP Marination Operator; 2nd Shift - Tyson of Rogers

Schedule

Monday – Friday with possible Saturdays.

Hours:

2:30P.M. – 11:00P.M. (approx.)

$17.40 per hour.

This position operates machinery to ensure a continuous flow of products through the production process and monitors and adjusts machine settings as needed. The employee verifies the correct product, ingredients, and amounts for marination mixes, maintains proper ingredient quantities and temperature, and uses handheld scanning devices to manage inventory. Quality Assurance verifications are completed, and any issues are communicated immediately to the Lead or Supervisor.

Safety and adherence to Tyson policies and procedures are required at all times.

• 6 months continuous work history in the last 12 months listed on the application.
• Must be able to consistently climb stairs while carrying ingredients to the marination tank.
• Basic math skills (adding and subtracting) to track pounds required and dumped into the marination tank.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must obtain the pallet jack license after two weeks in the job.
