Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic film products;
Load raw plastic resin pellets into hoppers and configure dies, cooling rings, and winders for production runs;
Monitor machine performance and adjust run conditions through the production control system to ensure quality and efficiency;
Inspect plastic film for thickness, clarity, strength, and consistency using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers;
Record production data, material usage, machine settings, and quality results accurately in computer and paper-based systems
