Hours:
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM - times vary per line you work.
Pay - $16.70 hour --- Tyson of Rogers offer a based incentive on individual performance that range from $40 to $80 a day on top of hour wage for Debone and Hand Cutters only. We offer one on one job training up to 8 weeks.
This Position Is Responsible For But Not Limited To:- Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
- Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
- Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level.
- Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
- Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day.
- Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.
- Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
- There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
- Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
- Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
