Extrusion Operator
Location: Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Night Shift 6 PM - 6 AM (2-2-3 rotation)

Qualifications & Requirements- 1-3 years industrial manufacturing or machine operator experience (extrusion experience preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production equipment
- Ability to read tape measurements, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Basic computer skills with experience entering production data and completing electronic documentation
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including identifying numbers accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email communication
- Ability to complete production documentation accurately on both paper and computer systems
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, crawling, and lifting up to 35 pounds
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic extrusion machines to produce high‑quality plastic film products
- Load raw plastic resin pellets into hoppers and configure dies, cooling rings, and winders for production runs
- Monitor machine performance and adjust run conditions through the production control system to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect plastic film for thickness, clarity, strength, and consistency using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Perform quality checks and make machine adjustments to maintain product specifications
- Load, unload, and measure finished rolls for accuracy and proper dimensions
- Record production data, material usage, machine settings, and quality results accurately in computer and paper‑based systems
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and production requirements
- Troubleshoot machine issues and assist with routine equipment maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support production goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
