Flex P​/O Machine Operator PR; 1st Shift - Tyson of Rogers

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, possible Saturdays. Hour: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM approx.

Pay: $17.40 per hour.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for operating the bagger machine, setting up the program, calibrating, and adjusting machine parameters to produce the desired bag size and weight. The operator will conduct regular checks on filled/sealed bags, ensure product specifications, maintain continuous flow, supervise marination mixing, ensure proper ingredient usage, and manage inventory verification using handheld scanning devices. The operator will also notify the supervisor of maintenance needs, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Operate bagger machine, set up program, calibrate and adjust parameters for bag size and weight.
• Perform regular checks on filled/sealed bags to ensure machine performance and product specifications.
• Maintain continuous product flow and ensure proper ingredients/supplies used on the line.
• Mix marination, ensuring proper ingredients, quantities, and temperature per formulas.
• Fill out Quality Assurance verifications and use handheld scanning devices to manage ingredient inventory.
• Assist with monitoring maintenance requirements and maintain safe work environment.

• Minimum 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• Must be able to climb stairs while carrying ingredients.
• Basic math skills required to keep track of pounds cast into marination tank.
