1st Shift Maintenance Technician (12-Hour Swing Shift)

Pries Enterprises is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 3rd shift 12-hour swing schedule
. This role is critical in keeping our aluminum extrusion operations running safely and efficiently.

• 3rd Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 12-hour swing schedule 2-2-3, 3 day weekend every other week
• Overtime as needed based on production demands

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience 26-36an hour

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Collaborate with production teams to support operations

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in an industrial environment
• Met Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly)
