Manufacturing Machine Operator I

• Set up and operate an automated Grind line to produce quality products
• Measure raw materials and hold parts to quality specifications
• Follow established procedures for re-running grind lines
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex problems on centerless grinders and robot cells

• Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
• Ability to set up and operate automated Grind line
• Understand blueprints and quality specifications
• Train new operators when required
• Perform daily housekeeping and machine maintenance

Demonstrates expertise in setting up and operating automated grind lines while ensuring adherence to quality specifications and blueprints. Capable of troubleshooting complex issues and training new operators effectively.
