Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our manufacturing operations. This role is essential to ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with assembly, fabrication, and handling of metal tube components
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow written and verbal instructions, work orders, and production guidelines
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet production needs
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work area
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Experience with tube bending or metal fabrication is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
