Role Description This full-time Production Specialist role is an on-site position based in Rogers, AR. The Production Specialist coordinates day-to-day production activities for retail branding, packaging, and display projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include organizing production schedules, tracking project status, and communicating with internal teams and vendors to support smooth workflow. The role involves monitoring quality control throughout the production process, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to production methods.

The Production Specialist may also assist in training team members on production procedures, documentation, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage Production Planning and Production Management activities, including scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and technical specifications.
  • Capability to provide Training and guidance on production standards, safety practices, and operating procedures.
  • Relevant experience in retail, packaging, display, or creative production environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with basic production documentation, project management tools, and standard office software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or design-related education is a plus.
