(1st Shift | Monday
- Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) (2nd Shift | Monday
- Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) (3rd Shift | Sunday
- Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) With some overtime

As a Production Support Associate in Rogers, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands‑on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. Join a team where effort gets noticed, and results matter.

• Learning Creds: High school diploma or GED.
• Shop‑Floor Smarts: Prior production or manufacturing experience.

• Support production by feeding materials into machines
• Monitor machines for errors or malfunctions
• Respond quickly to issues by stopping the machine using the E-Stop when necessary
• Assist in maintaining continuous production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
