year of injection molding experience
, along with experience independently starting up and adjusting molding processes

• Competitive Pay
  :
  Earn up to $60,000/year, paid hourly, based on experience, overtime worked and quarterly bonuses. Pay is $21.47-$21.77/hr
  • Earn an additional $0.30/hour for second shift, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your schedule.

  Work on a four-day, 10-hour schedule with opportunities to work additional hours as needed. The first shift is 5:30 AM-4:00 PM

• Independently perform injection molding machine startups, process adjustments, and production support activities.
• Establish and maintain approved process parameters to meet quality and production requirements.
• Monitor molding processes and make adjustments to maintain consistent production and product quality.
• Troubleshoot routine molding, quality, and production issues and elevate complex problems when necessary.
• Monitor and improve cycle times, scrap reduction, and overall process performance.
• Start-up equipment, clean molding equipment, and stabilize processes for production.
• Ensure molded parts meet established quality requirements and specifications.
• Support new product launches, sample runs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Operate and monitor multiple molding machines as production requirements dictate.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced Mold Processor I employees.
