The eCommerce Merchandising Analyst is a vital member of our broader eCommerce and Customer Marketing Walmart Club team. As part of a high‑visibility group dedicated to driving unit growth, you’ll play a key role in one of Kraft Heinz’s most critical growth areas.
Key Responsibilities- Own and optimize our digital shelf presence for Walmart and Club retailers, including communicating key actions and work streams to the broader organization.
- Work cross‑functionally with our central digital shelf team and agency partners to ensure flawless execution of our digital strategy.
- Support marketing managers in preparing for and executing marketing campaigns, including providing performance analysis and reporting.
- Own day‑to‑day digital shelf management for Walmart and Club, ensuring product content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the central digital shelf team to execute broader strategies at Walmart and Club.
- Audit product content, monitor digital shelf KPIs, and analyze performance across platforms.
- Partner with our content agency and internal teams to drive improvements and resolve issues.
- Prepare and share regular updates and insights with the broader Walmart Club eCommerce team.
- Support the Marketing Managers with campaign preparation, share‑outs, reporting, and other tactical tasks as needed.
- Stay current on digital shelf trends and best practices in the CPG/eCommerce space.
- Bachelor’s degree and some relevant professional experience (internship or full‑time) in CPG, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
- Experience using Walmart data systems such as Scintilla, Supplier 1/i360, Retail Link, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
BonusThis position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
