Retail Media Intern

• Support the creation, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms
• Assist with daily bid management and campaign performance monitoring
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, visibility, and performance
• Monitor campaign pacing and assist with budget management activities
• Track key performance metrics including ROAS, ACOS, clicks, impressions, conversions, and sales
• Assist in preparing performance reports, dashboards, and client-facing updates
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations
• Support reporting efforts measuring advertising effectiveness and business impact
• Assist with A/B testing of advertising copy, imagery, and campaign elements
• Evaluate creative performance and shopper engagement metrics
• Research competitor activity, category trends, and retail media best practices
• Support efforts to improve shopper experience and conversion performance
• Support retail media strategies across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other retailer advertising platforms
• Assist with promotional planning and retailer-managed media opportunities
• Organize campaign materials, documentation, and operational workflows
• Partner with digital, analytics, content, and account management teams on client initiatives
• Learn Bluebird's approach to retail media, performance marketing, and eCommerce growth

• Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• Interest in digital marketing, retail media, eCommerce, or performance advertising
• Internship, coursework, or project experience related to advertising, marketing, analytics, or business is a plus
• Exposure to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is nice to have
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is nice to have
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms is nice to have
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or data visualization tools is nice to have
• Experience creating presentations or business recommendations is nice to have
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
• Ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision making
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms and software tools
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
