We’re Looking for the RIGHT Man of God to Lead Us!

Due to the retirement of our long-term beloved pastor, Monte Ne Baptist Church of Rogers, AR is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Pastor. Monte Ne Baptist is affiliated locally with the Northwest Arkansas Baptist Association (SBC).

• Man of God called to preach and pastor as per 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
• Believes in the Trinity (God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit)
• Teach baptism by total immersion
• Preaches the Word of God as stated in the Bible
• Studies the Bible to build his own sermons and lessons as God directs
• Will shepherd, feed, and tend the church flock per God’s word in Acts 20:28-30
• Supports both local and foreign missions
• Will guide the church to grow in Christ biblically
• Be dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the church
• Work with and support all staff members
• Represent Monte Ne Baptist well in the community
