Grace Baptist Church is Seeking a Senior Pastor!
Are you a faithful, Spirit‑led leader called to preach God’s Word and shepherd a loving congregation? Grace Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas, is prayerfully seeking our next full‑time Senior Pastor!
About Us:- We are an active Southern Baptist congregation with an average weekly attendance of 130–180.
- Our excellent campus facilities offer immense potential for growth in a rapidly developing community.
- We are deeply committed to biblical truth, intentional discipleship, and local/global missions.
- Meets the biblical standards of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, and aligns with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
- Minimum of 3 years of Head/Senior Pastor experience (10 years within Southern Baptist‑aligned churches preferred).
- Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent seminary degree preferred.
- Strong preaching, interpersonal, and vision‑casting skills to engage a multigenerational church.
