What You’ll Do- Deliver exceptional care to hematology and oncology patients.
- Administer medications and manage side effects while educating patients and families.
- Coordinate care with social workers and other departments.
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Utilize EMR systems and ensure thorough documentation.
- Work alongside a passionate team in a patient-centered clinic.
- Enjoy a culture that values professional growth, safety, and high standards of care.
- A graduate of an accredited LPN program with a valid Arkansas LPN license.
- Experienced in acute care or oncology (preferred) with strong clinical judgment.
- Certified in CPR and committed to maintaining current certifications.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, able to thrive under pressure.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and assisting patients as needed.

Certifications / Licenses / Education / Experience- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Preference for acute care experience and/or oncology experience.
- Possess a valid and current Arkansas state license.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and obtaining pertinent medical history.
- Ability to make independent nursing judgments, including triaging patient issues, symptom management, emergency management, and taking appropriate action.
- Knowledgeable about venous and arterial access devices.
- Ability to communicate and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members professionally.
- Skilled in handling stressful or emergency situations.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a combination of nursing skills, physical endurance, mental alertness, and knowledge while maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
Highlands Oncology is seeking an LPN to provide top-quality care to oncology and hematology patients through nursing assessment, clinical judgment, and medication administration, while practicing within the professional boundaries established by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
