Assistant Director of Nursing - Join our Team of Compassionate Caregivers!

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dedicated team. We are seeking a motivated individual who can excel with minimal oversight. As the ADON, you will be responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

• Provide leadership and supervision to the nursing department
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services
• Monitor nursing activities and communicate any changes to staff and family members as needed
• Exhibit tact and respect when interacting with staff, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies/personnel
• Possess a thorough understanding of nursing and medical practices and procedures, including relevant state laws, regulations, and guidelines for long-term care
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in the English language

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
• Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university (B.S.N. preferred)
• CPR certification
