RN - Regional Float Pool - NWA; Rogers, Berryville, Springdale ED and Bella Vista ED Nights

Overview

Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Resource Registered Nurse to join our NWA Float Pool, supporting units across Rogers, Berryville, Springdale ED, and Bella Vista ED locations. This is an opportunity for an adaptable RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares for a diverse adult/geriatric population. As part of the Regional Resource team, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while floating between facilities.

• Provide float pool nursing coverage across Mercy NWA facilities (Rogers, Berryville, Springdale ED, Bella Vista ED).
• Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with unit teams.
• Maintain clinical competencies and comply with Mercy policies.

• Licensure: Current Arkansas license.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN acute care experience; at least 6 months of this within the last year.
• Certifications: BLS certified. Certification must be current before independently caring for patients. ACLS and NIH certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred Education: BSN
