Position – Wellness Nurse

Starting wage for Wellness Nurses: $32.00–$34.00 per hour

Shift Schedule – Week 1:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday

• Lead the team by example when passing medications, assisting residents with personal care, and completing paperwork.
• Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly.
• Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for.

• Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing.
• In‑depth knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents.
• Ability to maintain and update effective service plans and supervise care staff.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
• Excellent communication skills with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance.
