Position – Wellness Nurse

Sign On Bonus: $5,000
Starting wage for Wellness Nurses: $32.00–$34.00 per hour
Shift Schedule – Week 1:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday

Responsibilities- Lead the team by example when passing medications, assisting residents with personal care, and completing paperwork.
- Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly.
- Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for.
- Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing.
- In‑depth knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
- Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents.
- Ability to maintain and update effective service plans and supervise care staff.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
- Excellent communication skills with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Criminal background check clearance.
