Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis

Job Type: Fulltime, Days; $15,000 sign‑on bonus for a 2‑year commitment.

The National Park Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver quality dialysis care in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. The role involves assessing patients, providing treatments, ensuring comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care tailored to patient condition and age.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of medical necessity.
• Lead and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct quality improvement (QI) assessments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
