- Administer medications and maintain accurate medication administration records.
- Ensure proper check-in, storage, and destruction of all medications, including narcotics.
- Enter physician orders into electronic medical records and update MARs accordingly.
- Monitor residents' health status and document all changes.
- Provide timely communication with physicians and administrators regarding resident status.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering high-quality resident care.
- Ensure compliance with all state, facility, and company policies.
- Notify Administrator of occurrences/incidents when necessary.
- Work closely with our DON and Resident Care Coordinator to improve the lives of our residents.
- Must hold a clear, unencumbered Arkansas LPN license.
- Assisted living experience required.
- Strong medication administration skills.
- Knowledge of AR State Regulations.
- Prior experience supervising CNAs.
- Experience with dementia care preferred.
Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and meet all health and state requirements, including Drug & TB testing.
