Overview
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Baptist Health can expect to utilize the nursing process and training provided by the organization to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. The LPN will demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Schedule and HoursDepartment:
Geriatric Behavioral Health
Shift: Swing
Working Hours:
Minimum of two 12‑hour shifts per week. Shifts may be day or night, scheduled 6:30–7:00.
Authorized 48 hours bi‑weekly.
Qualifications- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
- Healthcare CPR required; training for ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS may be required.
- Specialty units will provide specific specialty education.
