Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation

Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation

Job Type: Fulltime, Nights

15,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) will provide compassionate care to patients following assessment, implement nursing interventions, document care, review interdisciplinary care plans, perform QI assessments, and complete other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
  • Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
  • Perform timely and accurate documentation related to medical necessity.
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.
  • Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current state RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • ASLS certification preferred.
