Clinic Nurse RN

Responsibilities

This individual is responsible for patient preparation and for assisting the physician with procedures and minor surgeries. The RN also performs various diagnostic tests and provides patient education in the clinic. Additionally, the RN maintains equipment and acts as liaison between the physician and external agencies, including hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other physician offices, as well as with the patient.

The RN supports other medical staff members as necessary to maintain patient flow.

• Current RN license in good standing (AR or a multi‑state license that includes AR) – required
• CPR certification – required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab
• Previous clinical experience – preferred

Shift: Day.

Working hours:

Mon‑Thurs 8 AM‑5 PM, Fri 8 AM‑12 PM. Authorized 80.00 hours bi‑weekly.
