Job Title

Full‑Time CRNA (1099) – ElDorado, Arkansas

We are looking for the final CRNA to complete our growing team of 5 CRNAs and 1 MD at a well‑supported facility in ElDorado, AR. This position offers strong compensation, clinical autonomy, and a manageable call schedule with the option to pick up extra shifts at nearby facilities during weeks off.

Salary: $335,000 1099

Shifts:

TBD – CRNAs may pick up shifts at nearby facilities on weeks off

Call:
Required, rotation 1:5; can be beeper call from home rather than in‑house

Case types include Urology, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, GI, and General. Pediatric anesthetics may include dental restoration and ENT. No CV, vascular or neuro cases.

CRNAs must be proficient in central lines, epidurals, and spinals. Peripheral nerve blocks are performed by MDs but can be done by CRNAs if desired; facility will provide training if needed.

5 CRNAs and 1 MD

• Perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Provide pre‑operative assessment and intra‑operative anesthesia care.
• Manage central lines, epidural, and spinal procedures.
• Collaborate with MDs, nurses, and surgical teams for optimal patient care.
• Adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver prompt, quality care.

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 0–1 year experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in central lines, epidural, and spinal cases.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
