Supervision Model: Independent - all CRNA practice
Special Considerations: Providers must be comfortable functioning on their own and be competent in pediatric anesthesia.
Job SummaryA strong, independent CRNA will thrive in this quality‑of‑life role, practicing within a collaborative 3‑CRNA group where most OR days finish by lunchtime unless on call. The case mix includes Bread & Butter, OB, and Endoscopy, with call shared evenly among the team and flexible W2 or 1099 employment options.
Qualifications- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered.
- Proficiency in pediatric and OB anesthesia, including spinals and epidurals, as well as general anesthesia and endoscopy cases.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
