Special Considerations:
Full‑scope anesthesia practice including general, regional, neuraxial, airway management, and vascular access;
Independent practice within clinical privileges;

Annual Salary Range:
First‑year compensation: $328,500 (includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus). Years 2–3: $303,500 annually.

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred;
  New grads will also be considered
• Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
