Annual Salary Range:
First‑year compensation: $328,500 (includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus). Years 2–3: $303,500 annually.
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a W2 direct-hire opportunity. Requirements- Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred;
New grads will also be considered - Proficiency in General, Ortho, OB, Urology, Peds, ENT, Vascular, Pain, Cath Lab, IR
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
