• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, equipment, and standards of care.

• Current RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (if not held, resources to obtain).
• At least 6 months dialysis nursing experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
