About the Position

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas, located at 4313 S Pleasant Crossing Blvd. Rogers, Arkansas 72758, is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).

Job Type: Full Time - Days

Schedule:

3 x 12 shift: 7am - 7pm. Must be able to work weekdays as well as weekends.

• Deliver basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and provide general nursing support.
• Prepare patient rooms for admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in patient areas.
• Respond to patient call lights and phone requests promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Report abnormal findings or changes to nursing staff.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a nursing assistant training course.
• Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long‑term care setting preferred.
• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• CPR/BCLS certification required.
