Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift – Sign-On Bonus available.

Provide compassionate care to patients in the Rehabilitation unit alongside a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Work collaboratively to deliver high quality patient care.

• Assess and monitor patient condition and nursing care requirements.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and care plans accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
• Provide patient and family education and support.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• License:
  Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• Certifications:
  
  CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within six months.
