Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift – Sign-On Bonus available.
Department/Unit SummaryProvide compassionate care to patients in the Rehabilitation unit alongside a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Work collaboratively to deliver high quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient condition and nursing care requirements.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and care plans accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
- Provide patient and family education and support.

- Education:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. - Experience:
Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred. - License:
Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. - Certifications:
CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within six months.
