Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.

Mon - Fri (7:00am - 5:00pm)
Works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care, collaborates with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to achieve quality outcomes, and performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- RN or LPN license within the hiring state, or appropriate compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
- Push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
- One or more of the following may be required based on the unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, C‑EFM, and other unit‑specific certifications as required
