Primary Care RN​/LPN - Mercy Clinic Rogers

Overview

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.

  Mon - Fri (7:00am - 5:00pm)

Works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care, collaborates with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to achieve quality outcomes, and performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• RN or LPN license within the hiring state, or appropriate compact licensure meeting all state board of nursing requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office

• Push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Prolonged standing and walking each shift
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire
• One or more of the following may be required based on the unit: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, C‑EFM, and other unit‑specific certifications as required
