Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. They uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Care for cardiac and telemetry patients, including post-op cardiac surgery and intervention patients, managing medications, drips, and patient monitoring. Evaluate patient conditions, coordinate care, and ensure adherence to protocols. Supervise care delivery and support patient recovery.
QualificationsQualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Valid RN license and current BLS certification are required. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialized certifications may be necessary based on unit needs.
