Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. They uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to organizational standards. Responsibilities:
Deliver care across diverse units, including post-op, neurosurgical, trauma, and renal. Evaluate and oversee care provided by others, ensuring quality and safety. Maintain professional accountability and support patient advocacy.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN). Valid RN licensure and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and others may be required. Skills &

Physical Requirements:
