Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring safe, effective, and quality care for assigned patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
- Coordinate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
- Manage diverse patient needs, including post-op, cardiac, and general medical/surgical cases.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the practicing state or with compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be needed based on unit.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
